《儀式》劇情簡介
電影靈感源自上世紀20年代美國“艾瑪·施密特事件”：女子艾瑪被惡魔附身數十年，尋求修道院幫助后，經歷了數次殘酷的驅魔儀式。這也是美國歷史上對“驅魔”記載最詳盡的案例。電影主角是兩位正在經歷信仰動搖(史蒂文斯)、有著復雜過去(帕西諾)的牧師，他們必須放下分歧，通過一系列艱難而危險的驅魔儀式來拯救被附身的年輕女子。
